Return Policy

We will be pleased to replace breakages in transport or defective goods, while we make sure goods reach you in good condition. Please let us know by e-mail at shop@kyotocelluloid.com within 7 days after you receive the goods. We will pay the return shipping cost.

Our goods are not all the same pattern as they're all handmade. Each celluloid displays its characteristic pattern. Depending on your PC, the color may look slightly different from actual color on the our goods.
